Fascinating how sunshine still present after a day's work can lift the spirits. Plus, Monday seems better when the past weekend's directing project - THEORY by Norman Yeung - went off really well. I definitely need to find more opportunities to direct. Here are fingers crossed for projects in the near future.

What would you do in a hallway between two hotel rooms?
Fill it with balloons and run around. Fill it with silence and spill our guts. Fill it with the 2 sounds that John Cage heard when he went in an anechoic chamber: a low one that is our blood rushing through our bodies, and a high one that is our nervous system. Fill it with concentric (eccentric) circles and whirling bodies. Fill it with a secret

Two things:
It is funny how everything web-related is getting to look the same and use the same techniques: myspace just got more facebook-y and this is now gmail-y. I have the gmail 2.0 and there are some decent upgrades for sure.
Secondly, I'm in a new city and weirdly enough, for the past couple of days I have felt that I really don't care what kind of job I get. It's a freeing feeling I haven't felt for at least a couple of years. I had an interview today and that frame of mind turned out to be quite helpful for overcoming interview anxiety. Who knew!
